Delivery & Orders

Our distribution center is in Chicago, USA. 

Shipping within the US usually takes 3-6 business days, but can take up to 8 days. Note: shipping is taking a bit longer than usual due to an influx in orders. Thank you for your patience.

Worldwide shipping takes 2-4 weeks. Sometimes longer, depending on how long it takes to clear customs. 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via the email you gave us during checkout.

No. All our products are a 1x purchase only at this point. 

Some orders get marked as delivered by our fulfillment house when they’re actually a day or two away.

If your order hasn’t arrived within two business days of being marked as delivered, contact us and we’ll help you out.

If you're outside the US you may have to pay a customs/import fee. We have no control over these fees, they are handled and charged by your local authorities, not us.

It really depends on where you live, some countries are more aggressive in vetting and flagging shipments than others.

We use a combination of USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ship out international orders.

For orders shipped via USPS, once they arrive in your country the local post office will handle final delivery.

Check your country’s list of banned and restricted supplements, and if any of our products contain ingredients on that list, they may get intercepted by customs agents.

That said, some countries are much more easygoing with supplement shipments than others, so contact us and we can let you know what our experience has been for your country.

Unfortunately can we not refund products that are seized by customs until they have been returned to us.

Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? Okay, no worries! You're welcome to return your unused and unopened bottles to us. Please contact customer support below on this page with subject "Return" and we'll get you sorted.

Once received, we will verify your return and if approved, all reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase minus Shipping and a $35 processing fee will be applied. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If the value of your order is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your return items and we are not responsible if they do not arrive.

Shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer . You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of TruFIERCE. As a result we will refund your purchase if you haven’t experienced any results. Please be aware that TruFIERCE is a supplement to an effective exercise and diet plan. Before requesting a refund, you must have taken TruFIERCE consistently for a full 60 days as instructed by the packaging as well as:

Performed regular exercise

Eaten a consistently healthy and calorie controlled diet

We will require the following from you when returning the products:

Your name, address and order number.

All used (empty bottles) and unused items that were sent to you
A description of your workout and diet plan.

You must use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund you for return shipping, items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

You will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee and minus the shipping and handling costs.

This guarantee is only available for consumers who have purchased 3 or more boxes. The money guarantee only applies to your first order.

To claim your refund email info@trufierce.com. Any claim must be submitted within 4 months of purchase.

Please be aware that the product works differently for different people. Differences in metabolism and lifestyle can affect the time required to achieve results. You may not experience immediate results.

If you fail to comply with ALL of the above conditions we will not be obliged to give you a refund.

Everything we make is 100% safe for healthy people to take, but some should be avoided by people with certain health conditions.

You should not take our products if you're pregnant.

Yes, we've developed our products so that they can work together.

Most customers combine PreFierce with TestoFierce, and ShredFierce with TestoFierce for supercharged results.
